I had a brazillian wax appointment with Jess who was the absolute best! So efficient and professional. If this would be your first waxing experience I would recommend booking with Jess because I feel like she made sure I wasn’t feeling anxious or nervous. I don’t live here in Kingston but when I’m back and in need of a last minute appointment I will definitely book here again. 10/10 experience.

I have a condition which makes me have excessive body hair and my technician JESSICA was AMAZING!! She made me feel comfortable from the moment she introduced herself! She talked to me the whole time making sure I knew what she was doing and that I was comfortable, reassuring me that I wasn’t as bad as I was making myself out to be. It’s unfortunate how fast this location headed down hill. The employee turnover is at an all time high, its very disappointing. Never the same staff that you trust. The young, kind, gentleman that has been the only familiar face within the past year is no longer there to accommodate my needs. The services have become rushed & mediocre. Spoke to a “manager” & felt disregarded & turnt right away w/o any real answers or resolutions. If anyone is looking for a professional & personable experience.. I would not recommend this establishment.
