This was the best wax experience ever! The young lady Var was soooo personable and thorough! She took her time and went back to make sure she didn’t miss any spots( A first for me). She loves what she does. She made it painless for me and I really appreciate it! I’m going back just for her lol! The young lady at the front desk was amazing also( I didn’t catch her name, she’s from Long Island) such amazing energy! She took her time explaining the wax packages for me. my wax technician didn’t give me many aftercare instructions besides using ingrown hair serum. additionally, it was my 1st wax and she did not make any conversation with me besides promoting sales that were going on during the month. i could tell Kai was new. additionally, she did not hold my skin after waxing each spot which made my experience more painful. if my friend had not given me some advice of what to do during my wax, i think i would have been in more pain. also, she did not warn me that bleeding is common and normal after a wax.

Absolutely horrible experience and customer service. Girlfriend had an appt at 9am. They called her at 8:55am to cancel while we were already there and had driven 35min. They acted like oh well maybe try the Clifton park location. Then when calling for a manager you get a general customer service line which you have to leave a message because no one can contact a manager for you to speak with. Eventually got a phone call back from assistant manager Grace who said a worker called out and nothing they could do about the appt being canceled 5min prior. Very Poor managing and poor customer service.
