So I basically stopped booking appointments for a while…bc it became more of a chore and a guilt trip to try to get in touch as their phone line seemed to be forgotten about and or hard to get through and the countless minutes on hold just added stress.

I’ve recently started going to ewc riverhead because of the waxed Christina. She worked in Miller place ewc and when she relocated to the riverhead one I had no problem making a 4 min drive into a 25 min drive, as she is that good. She makes it quick and painless and she makes sure to get everything up. I’ve been waxed by many specialists before and she is by far the best. I highly recommend going to her , you won’t want to see anyone else.

I’ve been going to European wax center for about two years now and I know they’re very strict on their lateness policy. It’s 9 minutes and they’ll cancel all. I was 7 minutes late and the moment I touched the door I got the text for cancellation. The lady (who was nice) said I’m sorry but you missed your appointment. Yes I was late, but I’m fully aware of the late policy. If I didn’t know any better then I would’ve went with what she said, but I knew better. As said before, I’ve been to several locations, hardly been late, but even if I was late, they’d call to see if I’m still coming or not. I couldn’t call because I was driving. Again, I’m not mad they rescheduled my appointment, just disappointed because I know the late policy and it’s 9 minutes, not 7. I understand you’d guys like to go home, but I just felt it wasn’t right. First time for everything . Not all European wax centers apply by the rules. So if you’re 5 minutes late, just turn around.
