I didn’t particularly care for this location the first time I was there a year ago but decided to give it one more chance. Never again. My wax “specialist” although a nice girl, needs to be retrained. While in session, I asked her for a recommendation on any products that helps with slowing down hair growth on the face. After the session was over, she handed me a polisher and lotion and said they both work great. After being rung up, I ask the ladies if I could apply the products tonight only for them to tell me that what I bought was lotion and polisher for the body ONLY and not the face. I kindly asked for a refund only to be told that they dont process refunds and only a manager can do it. I advised to let the waxer know to be educated on the products that the store sells. Naturally, no manager in site. This is horrific customer service. You have an employee who clearly needs to go back to training, unprofessional staff and no way to process refunds due to their error? I’d be so embarrassed to work there. Avoid this location at all costs.

I had a wax for the first time in over 2 years at this place. I have never been here before and only had waxes out of state. I had the pleasure of my back wax done by Sheri. She was extremely kind, fun to talk to and most importantly good at her job. I have pretty thick hair and she helped make my experience as pleasant as possible. I appreciate how she explained everything she was doing while she did it, such as explaining the process, what to expect next and why she did the things she did during my wax.

Critical: Quality, ValueFirst time going. My daughter received chemical burns from traditional eyebrow waxing months ago. She has been afraid to wax again. Showed staff the photographs of what happened to her. They were confident this would not happen at the European Wax Center. My 13 year old left with pieces of her upper lid and skin between nose missing, as well as her right eyelid swollen. She is so upset and I don’t blame her. Her eyes look awful. She is also in pain. The professional should have known better not to continue once ripping off her skin on the first eyelid. We trusted her as she is supposedly the trained professional. Then I had my eyebrows waxed. I have NEVER had a waxing like this. Half of my brows are missing. I have to purchase an eyebrow pencil to fill in what was there before my appointment. Unbelievable!
