I went in for a full leg wax and a Brazilian and had a couple of issues. First, during the service my wax technician told me I was red and she did not want to continue going over the area for my Brazilian. I was fine with this until I saw hair still present in a few spots and asked her to just remove the spots. She seemed annoyed that I had even asked. The service was not completely fulfilled because of the spots she did not wax. After leaving I checked my body in the car and found little pieces of wax left on my leg along with several large hair spots left on my leg and other strays left for the Brazilian.

I have been to other European wax centers and this is the first time I’d been here. First I got to my appointment early (not expecting to be seen earlier) but the girl who did me was just walking in for her shift and I was told she was getting her room ready. I got there 15 minutes early again I wasn’t expecting to be seen earlier but I wasn’t seen until 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. She was extremely professional in the room, and felt she did a great job until I got home and noticed there was still hair where I was waxed and still wax on me as well too. I won’t be going back primarily bc I paid a decent amount for a service that was poorly done.
