Rachel is awesome! Been going there for years. Usually every Receptionist they have had is really nice and friendly. Carrissa the new Receptionist however is rude, and can’t check people in according to the order they are waiting. I had to speak up because a rude patron cut in front of me to check out while I was waiting to check in. Carissa got very annoyed and gave me the snide look with the finger “give me a second”when I spoke up. Oh well guess a call to corporate is in order.

Yes there was a storm Monday, however the roads In out area were cleared by noon today.
