Critical: ProfessionalismI have been using this location for years, even after moving out of the neighborhood and now living a half hour away. These last few months have been a complete 180 with the staff. Not sure what is going on with the front staff, but they are extremely rude on the phone. You can’t get a breath out without them throwing you on hold! What ever happened to asking if you could hold? They had me waiting for over 10 minutes and when they finally answer all you hear is laughter in the background. Tells me they forgot me on hold because they were too busy having a side conversation. Girls are always on their phones in the front. Waxers taking forever to come out because they’re finishing up conversations with each other.
