Absolutely love the European Wax Center on Ave U. Efficient use of my time. They are always on time which I very much appreciate. Yanna is an amazing technician. She does my eyebrows and takes care of all my needs. She is super knowledgable and pleasant to be with. The entire staff makes you feel welcome the minute you arrive and I would never go to those nail places to do my eyebrows or anything else since I was lucky enough to find this place. Super clean place, efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. They so have to work on their app because it really is a pain in the you know what but that is NO Reflection on the Ave U European Wax Center which I adore!

January the 2nd went into the Avenue U location needed a last minute wax. I received the poorest quality of work I literally had to go home and wax my bikini line over myself due to the amount of hairs that was left. I swore to never return to that location due to the fact one of the workers nearly took off my lips but that’s another story. I shouldn’t have to go home and still have to touch myself up after paying for a service. I admit I should of checked before leaving but I didn’t. Very disappointed and dissatisfied in the quality of work that was provided. Hope to never go back!

The wax they use is good. It doesn’t hurt once you get use to it. Friendly staff. Very expensive. They do have packages. I only go there for waxes on my face only.

The services provided are exceptional but im tired of being told online that i have a 9-10 minute grace period and when you get there 5 mins late they turn you away or send you to another waxer different from one you use on a regular , im tired of paying for expensive services but not being treated like im paying for expensive services , im highly upset for having to waste time and money to get to an appointment that i cant not be seen at after 5 mins
