I started my wax pass here. I believe I HAVE TWO WAX PASSES LEFT and I had an extreme nightmare with YOSIBEL!! DO NOT visit this woman, she never gets the hair off of your bikini , and she did not wax my chin well..I have extreme texture on my face that I did not go there with! …She was very aggressive and rude to where I left there screaming any crying! The new manager Taylor is disgusting …after my traumatic experience she insisted that I pay! and got mad at me for being upset,when her unprofessional waxer was disrespectful to me. She still charged me on my wax pass visit and never followed up with me about my traumatic experience now Im working on legal action and reporting them! All the other wax girls here are good.Lena was the best but has been gone for several months now. The old manager was better and way more responsive. I wish I never went to see Yosibel that day..She ruined my entire experience at EWC and I never want to go back.
