I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time and every time I find a wax tech that’s does a great thorough job they end up leaving EWC. Worse part is they either don’t tell you and I whined up showing up to my appt to a new face or they decide to tell me 30 mins prior to closing the night before my 930 am stating we can put you in anytime after 11a. I really would appreciate consistency and if possible a better job at notifying clientele of the changes and of possible accommodations. Super bumbed out with the CS that I have recieved.

MADISON is extremely rude and unhelpful. She deliberately did not address my concerns when I expressed them. She ruined my eyebrows by over waxing and I now have concerns over how my face will look in the long run. Would not recommend, would avoid in the future. Would give zero stars if possible.

Literally I have no idea why everyone in the reviews below is lying. The place is so old and dirty. Staff at the front desk are rude. Waxing treatments are rushed, and the lady who waxed me was sweet but burnt me and left me with ripped skin.

After sharing my concerns with Daniella, at the front desk, about my last wax, she was so helpful and shared with me company policy, which I was not aware of, to ensure I had the best experience this time around. Just tried this place for the first time and I must say I had a great experience! The front desk girls were very nice as well as the person I was paired with, Vanessa, was so sweet and a great technician! Although I was sweating so much due to the fear of pain she killed it and removed every single hair as painlessly as possible. I highly recommend her! Will definitely go back and request Vanessa!!

This place is amazing!!! My waxer Merona was extremely professional and went over all the steps she took while waxing me. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable. The receptionists were incredibly attentive and kind I believe it was Erica who set me up with my next appointment and my wax package!

My first impression of European Wax is that it was very professional clean and neat. Loved the decor. The person I was paired with wasnt so great. She was professional in that she explained everything she was doing and why. It was my second time getting a wax and I was very uncomfortable. She made me more uncomfortable telling me to relax. Instead I got really tense and nervous so I startedsweating. She proceeded to say bc I was sweating so much I was staring to smell and she needed to turn on the air. Understandable but still humiliating. As she went on she told me I waited to long to get the wax and made me feel somewhat guilty. When my appointment was finally over at the front desk (fortunately no other clients were there) she again explained why I needed to come back sooner and I still have some hairs left because I couldnt relax… I want to give this place another chance with someone else so I can recommend a good place for my friends to go. But I do still pretty embarrassed from my first visit there. Not too sure if I want to return.
