I do not have enough good things to say about my experience here. It was my first time at this location in years and Sunni was AMAZING. I’ve been getting Brazilians for about 8 years and this was by far my quickest easiest wax ever all the while her being super professional and friendly making me feel super comfortable. So impressed.

Worst wax ever at EWC. Been waxing at other locations with no issue, but this waxer missed so many spots that it’s like I wasn’t waxed. When I pointed out to her, she said that the hair is too short and was not picking up…but there were spots that she never each waxed once (I get temporary red dots after each wax and there were many areas without that —meaning she never even tried waxing it). Areas where the hair did not have a length issue were missed too. I tried to point them out before I left but she seemed unwilling to help. The receptionist seemed to praise her quick work on her way out. Unacceptable for a EWC.

Possibly the worst waxing facility I have ever been to. Got burnt the first time due to severely hot wax. Thought of going back and giving this location a second chance and came back home to several burnt spots on my thigh and leg. And the manager doesn’t even have the decency to call back when I called in with my concern. Never again!!

The European wax center completely changed my world. This is the best place to get waxings! They use a self-adhering wax that sticks to the hairs, and therefore takes away a good portion of the ripping pain. They don’t use a muslin cloth on the wax which often causes that intense ripping pain. They also use some products on the area of waxing before they start. This helps to optimize the waxing both pre and post waxing.

Some pain but to be expected, this time I had Sunnie; she never applied pressure, never let time for wax to dry. I had burns and lesions everywhere. She completely mutilated me; still thinking that she had done a good job and still hair patches left. My legs were trembling uncontrollably after each wax strip was pulled and I was left in agonizing pain being told that it’s normal. No! Some pain yes but the pain, bruising, lesions, burns, and pain that’s still occurring is not. I’ve been scarred. How is this Ok?
