The quality of customer service has been declining. The phone is consistently not being picked up, appointments are booked and cancelled without explanation, the text messaging service is not monitored. There is a constant turn over of front desk staff. Clients are overbooked and held to a 7minute late policy yet have to wait to be seen for 20+minutes. That being said, all Waxers are great, but the front staff is inexperienced and management is not stepping in.

Not only was she incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable but was very thorough. I have a relatively low pain tolerance so this is usually a tough service for me but after waxing for 3 years today was the least painful it has ever been! 10/10 would recommend her if you have the chance especially if you’re not great with pain! I have a relatively low pain tolerance so this is usually a tough service for me but after waxing for 3 years today was the least painful it has ever been! 10/10 would recommend her if you have the chance especially if you’re not great with pain! I’ve been here twice and I do have to admit that after my first experience, I was not going to return. The person I saw for the first time was not at all personable and was rough. So rough that I bled the entire day (and I don’t mean the normal amount of bleeding) and I was uncomfortable for 2 days after. It was so painful :(. Unfortunately I got 8 minutes late because of the traffic and ice on the roads. When I got there the lady who did my appointment was rude and blaming me for at least five minutes until I tell her I was feeling really sorry and didn’t mean to be disrespectful. At the front desk they told me they have a tolerance of nine minutes. I had a Brazilian wax and legs and she did so fast that I thought it was normal, but when I got home I found a lot of hair. I really felt sorry about my delay, but I don’t think that’s a reason for such a bad service. I don’t have any intention to go back for a new session.
