OMG! I LOVE this location. All of the waxers are quick and efficient. They’re consistent with their waxing and knowledge. The waxers are professional and kind. They’ve cancelled on me numerous times for services that I’ve been waiting to get for a month & it’s very frustrating, inconvenient and inconsiderate. With that being said the owners of this location should equip their staff with ppe supplies for themselves and guests. Every place, town, establishment is different and to walk into a place and not have a mask available ( i have a loaner car and ran out on my break) and to be told they can not offer me one and I should cancel my appointment or ” go buy one” is unacceptable. With that being said the owners of this location should equip their staff with ppe supplies for themselves and guests. After 12 years of being a loyal customer of Eurowax, I am finally leaving to be serviced elsewhere. The reason is that I have had at least 8 ladies who have serviced me who were excellent at their jobs at the Ryebrook, NY location who have now left the company. The last one being today. I am very tired of getting used to someone who is great, to only have them leave because the company could care less how they are treated! Not only this, but today when I asked for a contact that I could complain to at corporate, the manager Paula did not even come out to the front to speak to me, but instead told the receptionist to tell me to look up the information online. After so many years, I have seen that this company could care less about the customer experience and more about the money they make just hoping that the customers don’t notice the ridiculous high turn over rate of the talent they hire. Enough is enough! I will be moving on as of today!

I loved my entire visit and was looking forward to going back again. But the “hard” wax/finishing serum that they used on me caused me to break out in SEVERE bacterial folliculitis all over the area the next morning, causing a lot of burning and pain. Super self-conscious now. I really want to give this place 5 stars, but I just can’t….The staff is wonderful and were extremely kind and gentle. I loved my entire visit and was looking forward to going back again. GISSELL is phenomenal! From the greeting I knew I was happy to have her as my wax specialist. She was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely personable. I had such a great time conversing with her that I didn’t realize she was done. She has been with the company for years and you can tell as soon as you meet her. I never had such a pleasant experience in European wax center until today. I will definitely be coming back because of her.
