Critical: PunctualityLet sart by saying that I love and never had a problem before. But last 2 weeks my appointment had to get rescheduled a few times, first because my specialist was not going to be available or on a leave. Then I show up to my rescheduled appointment and after waiting for 40min had to leave. And now because my “monthly” friend decides to come. Now I have wait another week. Let sart by saying that I love and never had a problem before. But last 2 weeks my appointment had to get rescheduled a few times, first because my specialist was not going to be available or on a leave. Then I show up to my rescheduled appointment and after waiting for 40min had to leave. And now because my “monthly” friend decides to come. Now I have wait another week. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis place is rude and made me feel terrible. They said they had a 9 minute late policy, I got there 9 minutes late. The receptionist acknowledged I was 9 minutes late, and said she would go to see if the waxer could still take me even though I was 9 minutes late although she already said it would be fine on the phone. She said she couldn’t take me. I asked to see the manager. The receptionist then proceeded to change her mind and tell the manager I was 10 minutes late. I’ll bring my money somewhere else from now on. The manager was rude as well and said if it was 9 minutes it would have been fine which it was, and I told her that her employee was lying to her face.
