I have a bad experience overall due to the front desk service which was unqualified, very poor customer personnel interaction, very unprofessional! I was insulted when I asked for help! Only one of the girl introduced herself by the name Anastasia and stated that “she was trained like that”, without offering me any further explanation why I’m not able to pay a difference in service! I had multiple packages, two of them being almost similar! I wanted to use the old one and pay a difference! I was told I can’t do that and I need to use a new one which I just pay for 12 months. She wanted to reimburse the old packages and I refused! I explain her that I already used them last time and pay a difference! Suddenly she left the front desk , without any explanation and never came back! I approached the second girl to give me an itemized bill since I new I payed in advance for services and I want to know what is left! She insulted me and told to to leave! I was in shock after how rude they treated their customers and I asked to speak with a supervisor! She second girl who refused to give her name stated to speak in a foreign language about me with someone in the room! Finely, someone came from the back and was nice to listen to what my problem was and gave me the supervisor! I spoke with Maryella, supervisor, who seems that she can’t manage her staff and give them the worst training! Very unprofessional! The girl in the back who did my waxing was nice and professional! They advertise for professional services but the service is very expensive and even if you leave a big tip ( $ 40!) you are treated with different and they don’t explain you in the front desk how many services you have left and what they are doing! I mentioned that you are paying in advance for 12 months! Very disappointed by the front deck service! The girls in the back I never had problems ! Very nice all of them!

The service and the products are amazing. My regular waxing tech is Stephanie; however, I’ve had other techs at the location on Staten Island and they’re all great! Very professional and kind. After reading some reviews I took a chance and booked with Gina. I was blown away! She was professional and made me feel extremely comfortable. I also loved her technique she used to wax my legs!
