Came here on a Saturday morning. Location was quiet and clean. Nanaka (hopefully spelled right) was my waxer. Been getting waxed nearly 7 years, and she is most definitely one of the best, if not the best waxer I’ve ever had. Very fast but efficient. She was chill and friendly. I scheduled an appointment for a Brazilian and was assigned a male waxer. I consider myself to be progressive and open minded, but I just didn’t feel comfortable with that. The woman at the front desk made me feel like I was being unreasonable and suggested that I reschedule if I didn’t want my appointment, but they were completely booked up for the rest of the day. I would’ve appreciated better service, or at least some sincere acknowledgment of my inconvenience.

Around last month i had a Brazilian wax with Tamika and it was not good at all! It lasted me less than a week for hair to grow back out. She rushed the whole process and when i would ask for a break she would tell me to hurry up because she had people after me and couldnt go past her time. Lastnight i got my wax done at another establishment and it hurted more than usual and i noticed that alot of my hair was broke. The wax tech i went to yesterday had to do multiple clean ups due to all broken hairs. I was very unsatisfied with this location and will never be back again. 75$ wax meant nothing!

Great wax experience but front desk was terrible. Never gave me a heads up about my waxer calling out, so I didn’t get into my wax until 15 minutes after I arrived. After the wax, instead of letting me pay and leave, the receptionist was trying to make a wax pass sale to another customer, which made me late for work.

I have to say that ANA is the best wax specialist at this location. To be honest ANA is the only reason i come to this location because the front desk staff is not the friendliest or most professional. Very clean and I love that they only use hard wax. The last wax I received a little over a week ago was from this Asian girl who was very fast and straight to the point. Kind of rough in my opinion and missed a lot of spots and didn’t attempt to tweeze nada. I was disappointed with her job completely. However, prior to her I had this wonderful black girl who was super thorough and talked me through the pain. When I go back I will definitely see if they can pull up her name and assigned me to her moving forward. Oh and the front desk staff is very professional as well. She noticed I wasn’t crazy about my wax specialist this pass visit and said she put a note in to assure I won’t be paired with the same girl again.
