The EWC in Sicklerville has gone severely downhill from my initial visit. The front desk personnel has changed and not for the better. Today I was being charged a higher rate because they, apparently, changed my package. The red/pink haired girl couldn’t even give me a receipt for money paid!! I have gotten receipts on prior visits so not sure what’s the issue. I’ve seen her before so don’t think she is new but didn’t know how to run printer or the computer.

They’re definitely the best eyebrow shapers I’ve had work on my brows, and it’s worth treating yourself for the results, but for regular upkeeps, it isn’t in my regular budget to return often, as much as I would love to return. Staff is nice, from the appointment making to the consultation to the waxing, with very knowledgeable staff that aren’t pushy but seem very genuine in facial care routine and suggestions. Weird place. Front desk girls always lie about availability, your favorite waxer may be working and they always tell you she is booked. I don’t know the end game but this is constant. The best thing you can do is not buy any packages because then you will be stuck, it is best to find another place.

JUST GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!. Im a European wax costumer since 2018 for my Brazilian; 2 years ago I moved near to Sicklerville and particularly this store is the one that have awful service, they always cancel my appointments, even though I reply the confirmation texts.I can’t get my services done cause I have to rescheduled so many times 1 appointment, I’ll understand one time but this is been happening in so many months that I’m tired of the bad treatments that they give you. They don’t want to give service. The receptionists usually always have a BAD MOOD, RUDE and they act like they’re giving me a favor when I’m the one getting a service and of course not cheap at all, I deserve a least a good experience from the moment I step at the door, plus I pay in advance for the entire year of services. The specialists some of them are very nice and good, but there’s other specialists they just too fast that sometimes they miss spots, that I have to end up doing myself the spots they missed, just depends which specialist you go with. There’s better locations with much better service without rude receptionists. Is sad that I’m not longer using the services at this location, and even worst a costumer that is frequent for so many years to European wax.

Left my eyebrow cockeyed. Took off more than I asked for, did not follow shape, and my one eyebrow has a hole in the top arch. Did not offer to shade them in or apologize. Acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. You’d think for $22 she’d offer another solution other than taking more off. It felt rushed even though I arrived 5 minutes early. I’ve been going to roseann periodically for 3 years and this is by far the worst I’ve ever looked. I will never go back.
