Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis EWC is super consistent. I’ve been to several in the area, but this one always has friendly office staff. I’ve worked with Alexa/Lex for the past few years and she has helped my eyebrows *grow*. They really needed it. Definitely strange to put in writing, but the best way to describe Lex and her work: She treats my eyebrows like her own. This EWC is super consistent. I’ve been to several in the area, but this one always has friendly office staff. I’ve worked with Alexa/Lex for the past few years and she has helped my eyebrows *grow*. They really needed it. Definitely strange to put in writing, but the best way to describe Lex and her work: She treats my eyebrows like her own. You always leave satisfied because she didn’t just do the job, she did it how she’d want it done. She’s super clean and professional, friendly and kind. I can’t recommend her enough.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe staff is rude and if you have an issue, they all know your name and stare at you when you walk in. This one brunette at the desk, who also takes your temp; loves to be petty and give you smirks and judge you hard core. That is actually her only job cause why else do you need 4 employees at the front of the desk. Very unprofessional and just because you gave me “store credit” does not solve the issue. I recently tried a new waxer, AMANDA, and I loved her work on my eyebrows so I decided to go to her again for my next waxing service. She literally ripped off my skin when I got a Brazilian service done a few days ago. She did not notify me that I was bleeding on the table or apologize to me personally so I went home with a pool of blood in my underwear! I didn’t even feel the blood dripping cause that area was numb from the waxing. I grabbed a mirror to see what was going on because I haven’t had my period in over 5 months since my Nexplanon and I had this deep open wound that made it absolutely unbearable to go to the bathroom. Obviously I called the store back to notify them but when the boss asked the waxer what had happened, she told the boss that “she didn’t want to embarrass me cause I was menstruating”….I think I would know if I was menstruating or not plus I would never in a million years get a Brazilian while I’m on my period. GROSS! Luckily the wound eventually healed and didn’t get infected but I was just more upset about how the waxer lied and how her boss believed her and then all the employees talking about the incident.
