I have been using European Wax Center for close to two years now. I have used a few different people at this location due to me booking last minute or the person I used not being available and I have always had a good experience. Today I booked an appointment with any worker because two of the girls I used weren’t working and I got Eileen. Eileen is phenomenal!! She asks questions to really understand what the customers want and she delivers!! I asked for a lot and she was so patient and honest. She made me feel welcome and talked to me during the whole session. She does not push any style or product on the customer either. I cannot say enough positive things about Eileen. She is definitely going to be my go to stylist!!!

I have been a client of EWC Denville for approximately 3 years. I have always had a great experience. The receptionists are always friendly and eager to help make or change an appointment or notify me of a special that is happening. The center is spotless, and the appointments are on time. They truly value a customer’s time. I currently see Stephanie, and, in my opinion, my eyebrows have never looked better! I have received great advice about skin care and the importance of exfoliating. Yes, they might be a tad more expensive, but I would rather pay a bit more for excellent service and trained staff.
