I’d you’re looking for a Brazilian (guys specifically) than you need to ask for Danielle. She was amazing with me for my first time. She definitely knows what she’s doing in that area to make it as quick and less painful as possible. She made the situation much more relaxing too. Needless to say I was really nervous. End result I’m definitely going back. Tina did a great job my first time there for underarm and upper lip. Courtney and Jennifer at the front desk were great in answering all my nervous questions. Especially when coming to the Brazilian.

Tina was personable and friendly, but rushed through my waxing appointment and left/missed unwaxed areas. I was there on time. Had 3 min left to my 15 min appointment, time that she could have used to be more thorough, but she wasn’t. Didn’t see missed areas until hours after, and unhappy with results.

If I could give it no stars I would, the manager is all around ignorant , a bully, super rude and more concerned about my financial status than me. She tells me what I spend when coming each time and it’s quite embarrassing for her. I told her no so many times for her to keep having snarky remarks. Everything I call they say they are always booked but I’m right in front of the wax center, I literally see no one. How is the most busiest city in Clifton always booked and no matter what, they will fir you into a schedule and have the best people doing wax. Maybe that’s what it is. Best people can work with their eyes closed while you have slow traffic areas with experienced workers that work like beginners. Like it’s their first time. Get with it people. Do anyone know what customer service is?
