My service was the worst service I have ever had in my life for a wax. I have gone to several European Wax Centers, including this one and never had an experience like this. The waxer kept pulling, causing so much pain, and getting the wax stuck and having to clear it off. Additionally, she left so much hair behind. Never had this experience either. When I pointed it out, she shook her head and said she will take it off. There was still a lot of hair left over. I spoke with the receptionist and told her that there was a lot of hair left over and I was not happy with the service, and her response was a distracted “Sorry to hear that. Would you like to leave tip on the card?” I will be going to a local salon to get this fixed and will have to pay full price again. Do not go here – instead support a local salon like 79 Beauty Company and get waxed by Alyssa, who does a phenomenal job.

I’ve always used EWC for any waxing services for years. Alexis is my waxer and she is absolutely amazing and talented. She is so easy with the wax and always make my eyebrows look perfect! She recommended me the eyebrow serum because I have very fair color, and it has made my eyebrows so much better. Go to her if you need any kind of service, she is the best and I always leave so happy
