I have used multiple EWC locations over the past few years and Howell is by far the worst. I’ve seen 5 different specialists and none of them have been good at their jobs. The services are painful, uncomfortable, and always leave hair behind. The girls up front are very pushy on you buying the expensive packages and are rude if you decline. Other locations have better trained specialists and nicer atmospheres in my opinion!

Today was my first time at a European Wax Center. I went to the one in Howell, NJ. When I booked my appointment on line (super easy and user friendly app) I requested Danielle (based on prior reviews). I arrived on time and was pleasantly greeted. After checking in, one of the front desk staff members went over their packages in great detail. Super friendly front desk. Danielle greeted me right on time of my scheduled appointment. I was there for my first full bikini waxing. Danielle was so friendly and went over things with me. She made me feel super comfortable and it was never awkward. She spoke the entire time keeping me relaxed and preoccupied. To my surprise, I did not feel a bit of pain. Yes, there was some discomfort, but never pain. I highly recommend this facility and Danielle.

The staff was friendly enough but very pushy with trying to get you to buy expensive extras and sign up for monthly subscriptions. The wax specialist who helped me was rushing and didn’t take the time to explain the process although I informed her it was my first time and I was a bit nervous.
