i’ve gotten my eyebrows done here several times. the actual service is always nice, the waxers do a good job. however, there is an issue with how they manage appointments. i always make an appointment beforehand and arrive a few minutes early just in case. almost every time I’ve been here, my appointment starts late because my waxer is still with another client at my appointment time. as well, other customers walk in and are brought in for their wax immediately. not sure what goes wrong, but i feel like for the cost of an eyebrow wax here it really shouldn’t be an issue at all
