Front desk is nice, but they are not accommodating. I have called every month because of an installment payment that I have been wanting to cancel since April. They assured me that it would be cancelled and every month I have been charged. I don’t understand??? I have been extremely kind to them and understanding, but they have failed to do their work on their end. I even said, “do not give me a refund for the past 3 months I have been charged because at this point I do not care, JUST DO NOT LET ME GET CHARGED FOR NEXT MONTH!”.

After having a terrible experience at the Westwood location, I took my business to Closter after they were recommended to me by my SIL. She could not have been more spot on because every single person working there is just as good as the next. I have been to this location two different times now and had very pleasant experiences with Nikki, Courtney, Emily, Carla, and Stephanie. Nikki, Carla, and Courtney were friendly, professional, and knowledgable about the services offered. Nikki and Carla went out of their way to accommodate my scheduling needs. Emily and Stephanie are fantastic waxers and provided a quick and pain-free waxing experience. Highly recommend!

This Closter location is a disaster. The front desk manager Carla is useless. She has double charged me for a package for over 4 months. She keeps saying she’ll contact me the next day or week or that her “district manager” will contact me and will give me credit. It’s been months now and nobody contacts me and nobody gives me credit for this overpayment. I see in the above reviews that someone else complained of the same thing done to her. I am now wondering if this is done on purpose. This Closter location is such a disappointment. It gives a bad name to EWC. I don’t seem to be able to get in touch with anyone above this front desk manager as much as I try. Legal action will follow!!!

I called and spoke with the front desk to make an appointment. She was great at recommending a waxer and fitting me in on a Friday night. When I got there, she knew who I was and got me seen right away. My waxer Teja was great and super personable. I wound up getting an eyebrow wax pass and a couple products at checkout from the receptionist. Exceeded expectations based on the Google reviews I’d read prior to visiting. Will definitely be back.
