I called to make a last minute appointment and asked for an experienced waxer because I had a bad experience at a different EWC location and they scheduled me on the same day with Ariya and she was INCREDIBLE. She did an amazing job and literally did not leave 1 straggler! She was super friendly and funny and made me feel so comfortable in a situation that’s not the most comfortable. 100% a painless wax and I’ve never been able to say that before. This is my 4th time at this location and I never had a such a bad experience as I did today. The individual who did my wax burned me and when applying the wax would not let it dry so when she would pull the wax it would break. I am extremely irritated I can barely walk. Also she left hairs and did not do a clean up I am still yanking wax and hairs off. She was also not friendly made no conversation what so ever. I would never wax with Deandra ever again first and last.

My gf gets waxed here and I stopped in with Valentines Day coming up to see what I can surprise her with. It was my first time actually going in and it was pretty cool. The people there were very knowledgeable as I hoped they would be because I know nothing about this stuff and I didn’t want to buy the wrong thing. I explained things to a woman named Rachel (owner maybe?) and she was exceptional. Explained products and services, also let me test a few products, she sold me on waxing as wel but I’m not ready for that yet lol… I ended up with what I hope are great gifts for my gf and even leaving with a cream for the dry skin on my hands for MYSELF it was a nice experience

Zero stars. Told the lady that I paid for a Brazilian. She insisted it was bikini. Made me seem like I was wrong, and when she wanted to point it out in her iPad she couldn’t pull the order up. I asked for a specific style, they gave me another (square vs landing). I asked if it could be fixed and the beautician didn’t bother. When I got to the front desk, I was charged for a Brazilian. I told them that the beautician had insisted that I ordered a bikini. I asked if they could finish what I came for, rather that they would give me a refund. But OFCOURSE they couldn’t give me the refund right away. They had to wait for the manager to do that. Based on the beautician and the front desk’s responses, I don’t think I’ll ever actually get the money. Do not come to this business.
