Unfortunately, the most painful experience I’ve had. I chose the waxer with the best reviews here and still had a pretty painful wax. Added an additional service that was only done halfway. Please be careful with the products they push on you, I was told they were $16-20 but they were significantly more.

I have been going to EWC for years. I love my wax girl. But, the front desk is something else. They cancelled my appt because I didn’t reply to confirm. I have never not shown up to my appt. They should have looked at that and gave me a chance to respond. I was working a double shift and couldn’t get to my phone. I have a few wax passes left and unfortunately, I will not be renewing.
