Very prompt and professional, even when you’re not feeling your best, and the app makes for easy appointments and checking availability. Clean and staff is great. Not 5 stars because $22 for an eyebrow wax is a little expensive and they made mine too thin. With that being said if you find someone you like and trust you can always make an appointment with them. They always have walk in availability as well

I have been coming here for almost two years… with great service, even this time I tried a new waxer and she was great. I left a $10 tip on my card when I checked out, I was asked to confirm whether it was 10% or $10 at check out. Having just purchased a $500+ package on the way out, I said $10. I wasn’t even half way home when I got a call asking If I wanted to leave more tip on my card. I don’t give information over the phone, so I was hesitant. I said no just $10 (like I said and signed for earlier when I was there), then I was told the waxer was in there a really long time are you sure you don’t want to leave more like 20? I’ve spent thousands here. At that point even if I did want to leave more, I wouldn’t, because who calls when you have left asking for more of a tip? If your intention was to make me feel bad or cheap, after I just walked out of there feeling confident. Do I feel cheap… no. I don’t tip big or extravagantly when I’m trying a new waxer. When I find one I can keep going back to I do. I won’t be coming back to this location… I’m sorry to the waxer I told I will bring my family here too. I can’t boast about this place, after this.

I am very pleased with my services! Samantha is my technician and she is a really down to earth girl who always makes me feel comfortable every time I come in. This location is very accommodating and I am never in there for more than 20 mins. (but never feel rushed).
