Love this center and the experiences I’ve had here in the last 2-years. The staff are welcoming and professional and the manager seems to care deeply about their staff and customers. After a very unfortunate and rude interaction a customer had with the manager recently (cursing and yelling) while I was checking out from my service, the manager sent a hand-written note to those present during the interaction, apologizing for the experience.

Horrible services ! Management is a complete incompetent and ignorant and doesn’t know how to treat the clientele. My fiancé wanted to get wax and they made the incorrect booking and she started making him look bad in front of other people. I told her that he was uncomfortable ! She told me not to go back like of this is the ONLY waxing place. I’m q business owner and will not treat a customer with such of lack of professionalism. STAY AWAY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT EUROPEAN. oh plus she told me she will be calling the Clifton location as well. She better call all of the locations ! Ridiculous lady .
