The woman who did my eyebrows was amazing! The establishment on the other hand.. is a complete joke! They steal your money, you think you’re getting a deal on those Wax Passes, but you aren’t! Don’t waste your money on it, they lie straight to your face about how many you have left. The management is a joke. My wife came in about a week and a half ago and had the worst experience with a young women at the front desk, I believe her name was Katelyn, was very rude, very pushy about selling a wax pass after she got told no numerous times. She had also laughed at her face after messing up an upcoming appointment. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Selena is the best but she recently retired so I’m not sure who to trust with my brows now! I’ve never had a bad experience at this location they always take their time and all waxers I’ve encountered with Brazilian and lip are perfectionist and will make sure you are all set before having you get up to leave. No wax left behind, such nice girls working there too it’s just this establishment is expensive but usually provide great service. if anyone has a talented eyebrow waxer here they can recommend let me know!

When I went to check out the receptionist Olivia had her mask down eating, was very pushy about me getting a wax pass then when I told her I would think about it she kind of dismissed me.
