Decided to see what the hype was and to see if the ratings for this place were true. Technician was very sweet, friendly, and had “a lot of experience”. This place uses only hard wax, no soft wax. When I got home, I noticed that there were quite a good amount of hair left on different areas that were waxed. With the amount that I had paid, I was pretty disappointed with the job. The technician seemed to be very knowledgeable – i think the quality of the hard wax is to be blamed.
