It was my first time at European Waxing in Stamford, CT. You would think that as a new customer they would try to give you a good experience but that isn’t what happened. The waxing room was not clean and the employee was very unpleasant. She made it very clear she didn’t care about the job and place. Every time she applied the wax on my leg she threw the wax stick across the room instead of reaching to the garbage, completely unprofessional. It was a very unpleasant experience. I do not see myself ever going back.

Been coming here for a year and I must say Bianca is the reason I come . If i can’t see her then I’ll wait until I can . She lights up when she sees you , makes you feel comfortable and never judges . Our convos are always good , by the time she is finished you don’t even realize it lol . The girls at the front desk are pleasant as well and the place is clean .

Critical: ValueBeen coming here since I was 18 years old and now I am soon turning 29 years old. I have been buying the buy 3 get 1 package for eyebrows the whole time. The worker today told me it’s a student package only and have to show an ID to buy it. I have been getting this package for many years since graduating. Not one person has asked me for an ID. I thought they were honoring it because I am a regular of 10 years. The worker told me that their are new owners that are more strict and follow corporate. Corporate needs to make better package options because buy 6 get 1 or by 9 get 1 is ridiculous. I think there should be another option. This is very disappointing. It’s kind of odd this decision has been made on a random Saturday. In my personal opinion I don’t believe this was the right decision. I think you can be a littler nicer to your loyal costumers. However, I will still come here and pay to get my eyebrows done by Sarah. Sarah is very talented and the best eyebrow waxer in this area. Everyone is sooo incredibly kind here and I think it is a reflection of the location manager! She is such an angel and very personable. My waxer was so sweet and gave me great advice for my ingrown hairs. I would 100% recommend this location! I will continue to come here even though I come from NY, it’s so worth it! Brazilian waxing

Bianca is a must!! She is an expert! Very little pain and expert tweezer! Not a fan of front reception. They eat up there which is a hygienic thing for me but overall great customer service on the phones.

stay very far away from the Stamford European Wax center location. They are terrible and just keep getting worse and worse. I’ve given them numerous opportunities to fix problems but when you hire low cost, people with no customer service skills as staff and managers, you get terrible service. Even the girl that does my wax talks about how terrible the staff and front desk are. Tried to schedule an appointment on birthday. I get there and they tell me they cancelled appointment. Managers is Nasty and yelling at me when I asked to be rescheduled and if someone could accommodate me since I was already there. I have had enough of getting yelled at by their terrible managers. I won’t be back. They have overcharged me and wouldn’t fix it, they cancel less than 10 minutes before appointments all the time, they will switch your provider at the last second too and tell you well we wanted them to do someone else so we just now changed it. It is just so many negative experiences, it is not worth it.
