Booked my appointment in the opening day when the North Haven Locatin was giving away $200.00 worth of free complementary waxing for any three services you choose. I get there my name was not in the system for the time slot which was okay no big big deal but the kicker was when the trainee came out with the nastiest attitude, so rude disgusting and disrespectful telling me that I was only to choose one out of the three services, yet that’s false advertisement! While I’m getting my wax done she bursts in the room doesn’t knock before entering, don’t even ask me how’s my wax going she’s asking questions to the worker while I’m laying down being waxed lol so unprofessional. Yet this is how you treat people you want to come back to spend money to get their wax done? Free or not just watch the way you approach people with your tone and body language! Honestly EWC you’re company needs to be retraining her not having her out at the new stores training people with nasty damn mouth of hers. I will just keep going to my Orange location.

I was there on 6/26 for a back waxing. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome since most of the hair was not removed. Not only that but since then the area has become irritated. Probably because the hair was pulled on but not removed. I was hoping not to have to leave a bad review but it seems to be the only way to get a response. Body waxing

I have been to this location several times and after today will not be back. I booked an appointment online for 9:30 am, arrived at 9 am and told them I had a 9:30 appointment. Waited around, another woman walks in and they take her before me at 9:45. Had the nerve to tell me that their system indicated a 10am appointment. Which is bs, it’s bad enough the wax specialist I usually see is no longer here. I wonder why this location can’t keep their staff and the manager is no help at all. They will NEVER see me again.

This was my first time at this center. And I am pleased with my experience. The Receptionist was polite and checked me in as soon as I called to say I was there. My Waxer, Bina was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable. I have been to other EWC but none of them were as personable and made me feel as comfortable as North Haven. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI started going there 8 months ago and it was great and then suddenly all their technicians left. I booked an appointment and they offered me a free wax with a new employee. Someone should have been in the room with this girl. It took three times the amount of time it usually does. She was looking at notes and clearly petrified. I had to walk her through it myself. Then I never went back and suddenly got a charge on my credit card from them. When I called in the manager was extremely suspicious and said “I can’t say much but I would cancel your credit card if I were you.” What the heck is that?! I continued to ask questions and never got a straight answer. Her explanation was that someone must have walked in and used my card because they don’t store card info. Well first of all yes they do. Second of all how unlikely that someone would steal my credit card info and walk in to a place I have been and use it and then nothing else weird is on my card. I could be having the literal worst day ever and come in for a Brazilian OF ALLLL THINGS and somehow I leave feeling less stressed and anxious. That, to me, is so important.
