I like going to Marrisa, she’s the best! The ladies at the front desk however not so much! They push you to purchase their packages, to the point of being rude to you if you don’t want to purchase. They take a no very personally and I don’t think that’s very professional of them.

Horrible customer service from the manager who just stopped responding to my concerns after she requested a photo of the awful job the technician performed. She not only left sections throughout different sections of my body untouched but she also waxed in the wrong direction in some areas leaving stubble everywhere. I went back a second time for her to correct it but she didn’t care to do so and laughed about it. Second time going here with the same outcome. I do a better job waxing myself or I go to a salon that offers waxing services. Much better experience.
