Go to any other EWC location!! They are so rude here! And the waxers are like a revolving door, constantly have new people here that do not know what they are doing!! I have have had skin removed from them going over the same spot too many times, and was told, oh it will be fine, we have products for that. Um no, you definitely should not be damaging skin and have very painful waxes! They dont care and like I said, so rude. Worst place ever for a wax.

My first Brazilian wax and it was great! Receptionists were wicked nice and professional. Raquel who did the waxing was great! Very sweet and professional as well. She explained everything as we went along and was very knowledgeable. She also made sure I was comfortable post wax. I already booked my 4 week follow up! Brazilian waxing

I’ve never written a review before but my experience was so good I just have to. This was my first time getting waxed and I got a bikini full with Grace. She was so sweet and made me feel totally comfortable. She also walked me through the entire process and aftercare. Madi at the front desk was also phenomenal. Needless to say I booked again. Do yourself a favor and never book with Julia. I booked with her once and swore I would never go to her again, but Graces (100000% recommend Grace) schedule was full so I selected to be put with someone random and as luck would have it, I was scheduled with Julia. Both experiences with her were the exact same and not pleasant. I just go for an eyebrow wax. First, she does not ask what is wanted/what shape. Every other person I’ve been to at European Wax gives you the mirror, asks what you want, and then starts. Second, she does not cool the wax down AT ALL. Which leads into thirdly, she goes over the same spot over and over with the hotttt wax. Fourthly, no other person I’ve been to has to go over the same spot twice. But today, i got up to four times in a row in the same spot, yay! NOT. which lastly, leads into my eyebrows being uneven and thin – which if she would have asked at the beginning, I would have told her NOT THIN. To end it all, no follow up when done. Usually, they hand you a mirror, you can look at the job done before getting up to leave. Nope, not Julia. I didn’t write a review the first time but after a second exact same experience, and sitting here 9 hours after my eyebrow wax with still bright red all around my eyebrows, I advise you to schedule your wax with someone different.

I started going to European Wax Center not to long ago I want to say maybe 4 times now and I love Grace she was awesome I just saw her and I just got a text saying she is no longer there i called and asked if they can tell me if she went somewhere else the girl that answered said no she can’t tell me. I went in for a full bikini wax at the Manchester location due to them having an earlier slot. The young lady waxed my thighs in which I do not have hair in that area. Upon completing the service there were still hairs that weren’t removed and she did not apply the ingrown hair serum to help prevent me from getting ingrown hairs. I ended up getting a painful ingrown hair bump in an extremely uncomfortable area. I will not return to the Manchester location I will go back to the Glastonbury location where I usually get my waxes.
