Understandable that for people new to waxing not every spot will have hair completely removed but this is well beyond that. I have been going to EWC on and off the past 3 years. I have purchased a bundle with them and am never late to my appointments. Today I was 10 minutes late and they have a 9minute policy. I’m not kidding I was exactly 10 minutes late. Walked in at 12:55 and my appointment was 12:45. She turned me away. I AM LIVID. I have had to wait for my appointment FAR beyond 9 minutes countless times and never got anything in return but I am late by 1 min past their policy and they won’t take me. Extremely disappointing.
