After having a terrible wax experience a few months back I tried this location again after my regular waxer at another location was on vacation. The wax experience with Megan was great but the customer service at the front desk was straight embarrassing. The front desk associate who said her name was Angela was taking a personal call on her AirPods. This was as she was checking others in and also while she was checking me out. I tried rebooking this new waxer for 2 different dates but she didn’t have time available that worked for me, so I said I would book back at my other regular location. As I and was leaving, she rudely said “I’m not done checking you out”. Asked if I wanted to tip and I said I left cash. She mumbled something under her breath to the person she was on a phone call with. I asked her what she said (since I thought she was talking to me) she rudely said she was not talking to me. Followed me to the bathroom telling her friend “hold up I need to see what this girl is doing”. I told her to get back to her personal phone call and mind her business. I know there’s a staffing shortage but jeez who is hiring these rude, irresponsible front desk associates? She wouldn’t last a day at my business. I will not be returning to this location. Sounds like other reviews have had similar customer service experiences. Shame on this location. Never experienced this at other EWCs.
