I’ve been going to Brockton for 3 years overlooking poor attitudes, pushy desk clerks & having to finish pulling wax off in the shower. But today I have decided that when my wax pass is done I am too. I went for a Brazilian, plus another service @ a discounted $8 w/ my wax pass. She was finishing up my wax and asked me if I had ever considered getting my thighs done & I told her I shave them- as I did before my appointment today. She asked me if I wanted to try it and I said ok thinking she was literally just having me TRY IT out seeing how I had just told her I shaved my legs before the appointment. When I was checking out I questioned the amount & the clerk said it was because the thigh wax was $23. I explained to her that it wasn’t a full service- she was just having me try it out because I had already shaved my legs today. She said that is not something that they do. Another girl at the desk simply told her to comp it. So she rang me up for $28- the $8 service & a tip. I looked at my debit account when I got home only to see that she charged me the $28 which was correct but after the fact there was an additional charge of $23. I called the location got the same girl who told me they asked the aesthetician who told them that I had agreed to the service for $23. If telling her I had just shaved wasn’t enough you can even see a little razor burn from my razor this morning! The purple bruises will be great for show and tell at the beach tomorrow. If wax passes are transferable you will find them on FB Marketplace @ a very discounted rate.

I’ve now been to this location twice and both times have been phenomenal! Most time efficient waxes I’ve received, and while there is no such thing as a painless wax this is the closest to it. Technicians have always been so sweet- Sonya was amazing! She was even able to accommodate a lower leg wax in addition to my scheduled Brazilian. These girls are fantastic!

I received a wax today by a technician I believe by the name of Kayla. She had some pretty arm tattoos. Anyways, I have received several Brazilian waxes in the past at different locations (none of them being at European wax center) And she did a fantastic job. For anyone who has done this knows it can be a little awkward and very uncomfortable pain wise. The pain was completely bearable and she was fast. The wax did not burn me at all like it has in the past. She was so gentle and kind. She had casual conversation during the whole ordeal to which made it seem not nearly as awkward. Thank you again so much! I will definitely be returning
