Absolutely disappointed how they treat loyal clients. Things happen and clients can be a little bit late but being late at the very first time they just treat you like you’re nothing (even though I leave great tips every time I visit them) and cancel a reservation even though they are not fully booked at all. I work in the beauty salon myself and we try to understand every situation of our loyal clients. This is how good relations build and this is how business work. Never come again here

Worst brazilian I had ever gotten. I booked for one person but they booked me with someone else because the girl I originally booked with was sick or whatever. I went home only to find out half my hair was still there. Spent 50 bucks only to have to shave the rest off myself. Never going back to this location. I waited a month to write this because I was so upset. And I’m still pretty bitter about it. Would give 0 stars if it was possible. But other than that the place is clean, girl at the desk was nice and so was the girl waxing me. She just did an awful job.
