Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI experienced the absolute WORST service from one of you associates at the center in Porter Squate, think her name is Lia to be precise. I called and said I’d be five minutes late for my appointment set at 12:45 pm and walked in at 12:52 pm as I was looking for parking. Lia was extremely rude and said they canceled my appointment and that I should know the difference between being five minutes late and seven minutes late. I found this really appalling given I’ve been a loyal customer at this particular center for more than 1.5 years and on several occasions have had to wait for my waxing specialist for more than a 10 minutes ( outside in the cold due to Covid guidelines). All this to say I’m very disappointed by your services and I just don’t see myself continuing with your services. Kindly refund my money and train your front desk associates on how to better relate with customers. That whole experience was just pathetic to say the least. Really disappointed. I experienced the absolute WORST service from one of you associates at the center in Porter Squate, think her name is Lia to be precise. I called and said I’d be five minutes late for my appointment set at 12:45 pm and walked in at 12:52 pm as I was looking for parking. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuefor years I have been going to the same EWC locations and I have always known my waxers personally so I was super nervous to try out this location after moving. I was so lucky I was booked with Cassandra! she was so personable and sweet and the Brazilian was so quick and painless! it was one of the best bikini services i’ve ever had.
