I’ve been going to European Wax Center for 8 years and the South Bay site has made me never want to go back ever again. The management of South Bay has it all wrong and should not be in this business. Management clearly doesn’t care about their specialists because turnover rate seems to be 3 months and the poor women are grinding on 15 minute appointments all day with no breaks. South Bay management: your employees are humans. They deserve better. Better is you selling the franchise and finding another business venture.

I wish I can give 0 stars. This girl named Diana did a horrible wax on my sister. Poor customer service and don’t know how to do her work. She burned my sister’s and yelled at my sister “You don’t want to pay for your service today”. And I honestly don’t believe I pay for a horrible service!!! I find this very unprofessional and in responsible , when my sister has been going to this location for up to 3 years. I advise you to do not get wax by Diana if you don’t want to go through what my sister went through.

Diana is by far the worst waxer. She does not respect nor care about people’s body. I had complained about my experience to her and she straight up told me that I am just complaining/making a show, so I don’t have to pay for my service.
