This place was Juliana made me completely comfortable and took my appointment last minute. Eliana provided a superb waxing service. She is nice, funny and very down to earth. She is very knowledgeable and helped educate me on some of the waxing issues I have had in the past. Her technique is excellent bc it’s fast and less painful than usual services. I’m definitely returning and would certainly recommend this location for service!

I’ve been a client of European wax center in Chelmsford for over 2 years now, I’ve only had positive experiences and only have great things to say! Marissa has been my specialist for also over 2 years and I highly highly HIGHLY recommend her for anyone who’s looking to feel comfortable and receive an incredible wax. I’m not sure what Marissa does but she somehow makes every wax seem smooth and painless! She’s answered hundreds of my questions through the years and has always given me the best wax’s. I’m also always super happy to see Rj at the front desk, he’s great at making me feel welcome and special every single time. Huge thank you to Marissa, Rj the rest of the team and EWC for all that they do. Highly recommend this location!
