the wax specialists I would see here are all great, efficient and kind. Meanwhile the front desk girl with the glasses thinks she’s the CEO of EWC making her own rules around the 9 minute window policy. I was at my appointment within the 9 minute window and was turned down for my service. Mind you, I am 8.5 months pregnant and tried to get there as fast as I possibly could after my meeting went over. This individual completely disregarded the 9 minute window and was extremely rude and condecending. Never going to this location again.
