This was my first ever professional waxing. I pretty much did a full body. The facility was nice and clean. The service was great. The wax specialist who I was assigned to was very personable. The only thing I was not happy about if I have to nitpick would be that I had to wait outside on a 90 degree day to be called inside. But we can blame covid for that. So go as close to your actual appointment time as possible to cut down on the wait. All around amazing experience and I have already booked my next appointment for the pain.
