My VIP membership was $31.90 a month. However, the last two months, I have been charged $39.60. When I called to discuss the $7.70 difference, I was told that the prices were raised because of inflation. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue if I would have been notified of the change, which I wasn’t. The on shift manager told me that the $7.70 comes back to me as an in store credit, which again I wasn’t notified of. If I would have been notified of the price raise, I wouldn’t be so upset now.

I enjoyed the facilities for two months just like i had planned and then asked for the membership to cancel. They said i had to come in before the 17th when it billed to get it to stop. I came in in November to put a cancel on it after the next bill and they said i had to come and do it after the next bill, they couldnt put a pending cancel on it. I told them i would be in hawaii during the time period that they require me to come into the location. Didn’t end up getting a cancel on it so i dealt with it and I got billed for December while i was out of town for almost 3 weeks. Came in today on the 16th and they said i missed my day to cancel for january because I had to come in on the 7th?… well, i told her that i had requested it to be canceled two months ago now and haven’t used it since october, she said they were billing me tomorrow and she can’t stop it. After a text and a in person visit on two separate occasions last year to cancel, now i have to pay for a 3rd month at almost $70.

I’ve had a few bad experiences either other salons gyms etc. Not gonna drag names in the mud, butnthis was refreshing the staff answered all my questions was never pushy and made me feel welcome. Spray tanning, Tanning, UV tanning, Sunbed tanning, Red light therapy

I’ve been going to European Tan regularly throughout the past year. I’m not an avid tanner because I simply love spending time out in the natural sun. However, once I began using the red light therapy beds along with some of the other beds, I began to notice a huge difference in how I felt overall. Especially during the winter months when vitamin D levels are lowest!

I don’t normally write reviews, however as a consumer, if my issue is not being address I feel I have no other choice. My husband and I tanned as this location for 2 + years. A couple of things have gone wrong in the last few months. We like using the VIP beds and would tan at the same time. There were 3 beds at the time that we signed up. Changes have been made and now there is only 2 bed so it changes the opportunity for us to tan at the same time. Okay a bit inconvenient but I get that things change. Then with no notification the rates went up and instead of paying $27 a month for each one of us, it changed to $38 each. We should have been notified in order to adjust our budget. The contract that we signed stated $27 a month not $38. Then when we decided to cancel, we went to the Murray location on 7/9 and were told that we could still tan until 7/16. We signed the cancelations forms only we were only shown a part if the form not the whole form and what we were signing stated that we were canceling on 8/16 not 7/16. So needless to say the payments pulled from our account. When I called in I was told that we should have canceled on 7/7 in order for that cancelation to be effective 7/16. We were not told that on 7/9 when we went in to sign the forms. I asked the owner to call me back and that has been over a week ago. I went on the website and sent in n email and I still have heard nothing, That is so wrong. As a business owner myself I feel this company has not been upfront with their practices and doesn’t care about the individual. I would not recommend this place to anyone for that reason. I plan on filing a complaint with the department of consumer protection.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI love this salon and have been going off and on for several years. I have had an issue with my account one time, before I was even aware of the issue they called me and corrected it. I would not have noticed if they had not contacted me personally! Thank you for the honesty and hard work your employees do! The service is most always fabulous, of course every company has that one employee who is not friendly, but I haven’t seen that employee in awhile! The dark haired girl at the front desk always takes time to explain anything you ask, she is always happy , and engaging! I wish I knew her name she is in Murray either way she deserves a raise!! This place is always clean, they are always friendly and I would rather pay a few dollars more and have the great beds and staff!
