She has over 30 years of experience, and knows how to assess your skin with each visit, and customizes your facials based on your needs. The business has a relaxing atmosphere. You will be please with your skin after becoming a client.

I had a groupon and used it and was happy with my facial. I then paid $350 for a series. When I went to make an appointment (which was a few months later) I was told that they never received the $350, fortunately I had the receipt. The owner then tried to tell me I had already used it up so I appealed through my credit card company. After 30 days or so the credit card company showed me handwritten receipts for services I never received. There was no recourse for me but to say that I guess she needed my money more than I did and I left it at that. I frankly was surprised to see she is still in business so I wanted to reach out to people to warn them to get receipts for every service they receive.

Very rude owner. I scheduled an appointment for my mother using a Groupon and then called back to see if they could schedule me on the same day but the receptionist was clueless and put the owner on the phone. The owner refused to schedule me and when I asked for a reason she started yelling and said “why are you arguing?” when I was actually calmed and just wanted a reasonable explanation other than “Because this is my business”.
