Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueEuropean Salon has great service & excellent hair stylists. It has the feeling & service of an upscale NYC salon in the middle of the suburbs with affordable prices. Linda, the owner, has been doing my hair for years. I’m very particular about my hair & drive out of my way to go to her. She does my color, highlights, & cut. I’m always extremely happy with the results & get many compliments on her work.The salon staff is professional, welcoming, & friendly, & the salon is kept impeccably clean. The salon has taken all the necessary precautions to keep their customers safe during Covid-19 & even gives you a free surgical mask when doing hair color so you don’t stain your cloth mask which is great. European Salon has great service & excellent hair stylists. It has the feeling & service of an upscale NYC salon in the middle of the suburbs with affordable prices. Linda, the owner, has been doing my hair for years. I’m very particular about my hair & drive out of my way to go to her. She does my color, highlights, & cut. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAvoid this salon, they absolutely do not properly train their stylists on how to do even just basic color. There is no education regarding technique, use of a tint brush, color mixing, blending or even simple, basic knowledge that would aid in even a halfway decent application.. I am now way over one thousand dollars out trying to fix what they did to my hair —because of this salon’s poor processes and their lack of knowledge. Avoid this salon, they absolutely do not properly train their stylists on how to do even just basic color. There is no education regarding technique, use of a tint brush, color mixing, blending or even simple, basic knowledge that would aid in even a halfway decent application..
