Enjoyed not having to wait. Employees were extremely nice. I didn’t get the color I chose for the nails, but I can live with it. The pedicure was enjoyable, but not what I’m used to for less money. They are still rough and my toes look like they were polished and not treated. This is why it’s so easy to get in on a Saturday. I will only go back if I am desperate.

I am so upset because I liked this place so much. I usually come for a pedicure and the environment is nice and clean and I would feel relaxed. This time I came to get my nails removed and the lady started by cutting them down and trying to just pop them off. That is NOT good for your natural when already putting acrylic on top of them. I told her I rather have them soaked off and popping them off like that hurts. She tried to talk me out of it saying it takes a long time. I told her that was fine and she still proceeded to ask if i wanted to try to pop them off one more time. I literally could have done that at home if i wanted to just pop them off. After I declined once again she began being rough with my hands throwing them and all. She even kept filing so low that there were constant heat spikes. I’m so disappointed because i really enjoyed this place. Then charged me $15 for the take off which is fine but that’s the same price you would have charged to pop them off??? Absolutely not, I do not recommend Kaci at all.

Ask for her to redo my nails she refused and told me no. Stated I would pay extra to redo my nails she told me no. Poor poor customer service this was around 720 pm on 10/27. She was rushing the whole time while doing my nails she kept getting up to go help everybody else. This is not what I wanted and she still charged me. Do not waist your money here

Today was my first time visiting this mail salon. The gentleman that greeted me was very pleasant. He got me checked in right away and move me to a pedicure chair. The lady that did my pedicure was amazing, she rubbed my legs so good I didn’t want her to stop. The gentleman that did my nails was ok he was aggressive he kept yanking my arms and hands. I could only extend them so far being that he started my nails in the pedicure chair. Other than that my pedicure and nails turned out nice. I would go back and use someone else on my nails.

I’ve been coming here for years. The last few manicures I’ve gotten here have been okay, but I was really disappointed with the last one 3 days ago. With it, the polish color I selected was from a bottle that was so old and thick that I don’t know how much thinner was added to it to be able to polish my nails. I would have gladly changed colors, but the tech was more concerned with finishing with me and moving to the next customer. Six hours later and the polish still wasn’t completely dry. Next time (if there even is one), I’ll take my own polish.

My nail tech was so sweet and was making sure I was comfortable. Took her time to work on my gross dried up feet haha. I got the gel nails and they came out perfect . I wish I got her name. I absolutely loved her !!

I had my nails done on Friday (8/19/22) and I had asked for something that would hold very well. They recommended dip nails. On sunday( 8/21/22) my index finger nail broke just by drying my hands with a paper towel. I paid A LOT OF MONEY in services that day as well as a $50.00 tip on top of $130.00 in services. Just for my nail to break 2 days later…
