Mai did an amazing job on my nails. I originally thought I would have to start having acrylics done, because gel doesn’t last on my nails. The last person that dipped my nails made them thicker than my liking. Mai promised she would give me a thin dip, so I trusted what she said and my nails are exactly what I wanted! They are beautifully done, and are thin so I can still use my hands like normal!

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI had a full set acrylic. My nails looked so bad and lifted off the skin and way too short. I also saw them do multiple pedicures and not cleaning in between clients. My nail tech also did a job that cost 30& and charged me 45$. I went to European nail in the same plaza to fix it and they did a great job. I will never go back.Service: Pedicure

If I could give no stars, I would. My nails are COMPLETELY botched. I asked for a full set, almond shape, in matte black. Every one of my nails is a difference shape, width and style. They are lumpy, uneven, and actually embarrassing to be seen with. I have had this set done at multiple other places with no issue. It usually take a bit over an hour. This took about a half hour, it was rushed and rough. My cuticles are cut, my nails are painted unevenly. I could go on and on. So, now I am forced to go somewhere else to get them fixed and dish out more money. I went back today (got my nails done yesterday) to ask for my money back. Which was rudely refused, as the girls talked about me, rather than apologizing for the poor service I received. My only options were to have my nails fixed… which I didn’t want. And who could blame me after the first set. Everyone I have shown my nails to agreed with me today that they are terrible. I wouldn’t recommend even my worst enemy come here for any service.

I used to love this nail salon, but after my last visit I will probably never go back. I could go on with many complaints but my biggest is I received a pedicure and gel polish on my nails .. the water was cold and once I was finished, never saw them rinse the foot bath out before the next customer. Then my gel was done. It was very rushed. It was busy so I can understand the rushing, but when I left, the polish wasn’t even down to my cuticles, it looked like I had already had my nails done for a week. My sisters gel polish chipped after 2 days. Just very very disappointing.

Will give a one just for trying. No knowledge about pedicure. Total disaster. 5 minutes and she was done cleaning and polish. All the mess left around the edge. Showed her and she say it was fine to her.Waste of time and money. Won’t ever go back. Also very very prejudice.

Critical: QualityI had a pedicure on 6/20/2020. Worst pedicure ever. Tech Mia filed 2 nails only; clipped 1 nail. I am accustomed to having all ten toenails done. She spent the majority of the time massaging lotion onto my feet & lower calves. Complete waste of time and money.

Aweful aweful place. My daughter had acrylics put on and they looked terrible. Crooked, raised to high from to much powder, shaped horribly uneven. They refused to refund my 15 yr old daughters money. She said she would fix but my daughter couldnt wait so she had them taken off. Totally incompetent, unprofessional thieves. Her nails still have residue of whatever she used on them. This fumes in this salon were so strong I couldn’t stand in there. I’m sure it’s not properly ventilated and OSHA should pay them a visit. I called the owner Henry and left a message and never got a returned call. What happened to customer service? This woman was shaking her head swinging her hands in the air talking to me with pure attitude. No good place, they’re thieves and unprofessional.
