From the moment I walked in the door I was treated well, the girl at the front desk was so sweet and offered me water while I waited. I did a Brazilian wax treatment with Gordana and then a prenatal massage with Tatjana. Both services were outstanding, the ladies were professional and kind and the quality was higher than I even expected. The facility is spotless and they have a room at the back to relax once your services are completed. The prices were amazing with their current 50% off promotion, and I’ll continue to come here even after the promotion runs out. I came to European Luxury Day Spa today for the first time and I was completely blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated well, the girl at the front desk was so sweet and offered me water while I waited. Whole experience was simply amazing! Friendly staff greeted me with warm smile and great energy! I had pro-collagen quartz lift facial, that wasn’t only facial treatment I got massage as well! Nice music help me to feel like in heaven! After service I got even glass of wine and nice chocolate. Highly recommend this place, they are definitely the best in business! Definitely coming back! Keep up with great work!

Shady business practice, stay away from this spa. When I initially called this spa, they were ever so nice, offering me discounts for being a first time client. I booked an appointment with them for same the same day and the nice lady took my information. She then asked me for my card information to “hold my spot”. I asked her specifically if I would be charged she confirmed with me that she would not charge my card and it’s only to have it on file for when it’s time to pay. I then called them back to withdraw my booking as I could not make it on time. While I’m on the phone with the lady she passed my phone to another person who was quite rude over the phone and was insisting he would charge my card for last minute cancellation. This appointment was made and withdrawn the same day. He then proceeded to get rude with me over the phone and what was supposed to be a 25% cancellation fee turned into 50% and I told him I would be giving them a review of my experience (or lack thereof) online to which he said “for threatening me I’m going to charge your card. I tried to either reschedule or cancel completely but he wasn’t hearing it. I would not recommend this spa, I understand the sensitivity of time slots, but it’s unacceptable to lie to customers about not charging their card and not properly disclosing your policies. They’ll happily take your information and offer all kinds of discounts to get you into the door and as soon as they took your card information, they have the freedom to charge you whatever cancellation fee according to how you interact with them over the phone. There’s no need to be rude over the phone, and I will be disputing my charge as there was no service rendered.

My visit to European Luxury Day Spa was my birthday present from a friend of mine. And it was just marvelous, it was one of the best in my life! Both my body and my mind were enjoying the time there deeply. The staff are excellent. I had a facial from Megan and a massage from Tatjana. Both very professional, friendly and simply amazing! Victoria is another excellent massage therapist whom I highly recommend as well.

The service was incredible and Victoria (my massage therapist) was amazing!! I am a mask wearer and she asked if I wanted her to mask (I did) and she masked without a problem. The environment was so relaxing and very clean! I love that it’s a local spa for me and I plan on going again really soon!

I was so happy with my time here. I had the European deep cleaning facial with Gordana. Gordana and all the staff were welcoming and informative. She helped me with tips on how to properly care for my skin. I’m already planning on going again! Recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and serene experience!
