I’ve never been so fast to write a review. I came in super nervous and stressed as I had dyed my hair at another hair salon and didn’t think the color complemented my skin color. I called to be seen right away and Margaret immediately eased my worries and told me to come in. I told her my issues along with what I wanted to achieve and she made it happen! She corrected the color with no damage to my hair. She recommended I do a conditioning treatment and my hair has never felt smoother. Since i have chemicals in my hair she made sure nothing they did would damage my hair. I can’t thank Margaret enough. I’ll definitely be back for the up keep and future color jobs. The salon in general is great everyone there knows all about hair and a lot of clients come in to dye their hair and come out with beautiful results. 10/10 recommend!

I am very disappointed for two sessions that cost $1,000 in total. They weren’t as honest as they made it seem with me and now I have the colors that I wanted to avoid. Orange and red!!! It is more than wasting the 1k it is the fact that the salon was too over rated and too OVER PRICED!!!!

They fixed my hair ! The third time I came here I wasn’t satisfied with the results but when it was brought to their attention they fixed it, the owner took me in and listened to my concerns with open ears and an open mind ! It was yellow / white and not blended the way I wanted and then to a beautiful blonde and perfectly blended roots i was very happy compared to what I had before and very grateful that she was so understanding. My hair looks, feels and smells amazing ! The owner really has some magic hands

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! They will BURN your hair and will COVER it up and will CHARGE you so much money for it! That’s what they did to me. Nerman literally burned my entire hair, after 2 months I started seeing so many short burned hair growing meaning my entire outer layer of hair got burned and I paid 500$ for it!!!!! And when I called them up they brought me all the way back to the salon just to tell me they cannot touch my hair or fix it in any way!!!! I used to have the longest thickest hair and it’s been over 7 months and my hair is burned and struggling to heal and grow which I never had anything like this before!!!! Literally worse nightmare in my life DO NOT Go THERE !!!!!

Kristina (aka Kiki) is AMAZING! That’s why I follow her wherever she goes. I have never felt so great about my hair. She does such a beautiful job! so patient, so caring and I know she loves what she does, she is a true artist! If your clients leave crying because how happy they are with their hair it must be something. It was my first time at the salon, although I have been Kristina’ client for a while now. Salon itself is very nice and the products they use are high quality, I totally could see see this salon as being somewhere on UES in Manhattan. Staff is very friendly and generally I had a very good first experience.

Critical: ProfessionalismBeen coming here for the past few years and now during my 7th visit will now stop coming back!!The prices have increased drastically I started coming here and began paying $290 for balayage with baby lights and within my last two visits that price went from what I use to pay $290 to $340 plus a “$10 covid fee” during my January 2021 visit and today December 2021 within the same year ended up being charged $400!I had to speak up and complain and both the owner and her daughter kept stating the prices have gone up and there was nothing to do.Unfortunately I am not even satisfy with my balayage way too blonde and I have a brown gaps along with the color not being to the roots as asked.When contacting the owners daughter due to this“ review “ I posted there is noting to be done to correct the color.Below is a picture of my recently done balayage that was $400Please make sure to ask ahead for your quote!!!Service: HairstylingBeen coming here for the past few years and now during my 7th visit will now stop coming back!! …More

I’ve been coming to Europa for years. If you are into blonde balayage, Letty is your girl. I honestly don’t know if it’s sustainable to come here anymore. I travel 40 minutes each way to get here and their pricing is becoming absurd. I get the same thing every time. It used to cost $350, then the last time I went $390 because of “covid”, today I went (WITHOUT A TRIM) and it cost $450 before tip!!!! Pricing is high and you are there for 6-7 hours each time.

very rude staff, went there for hair color advice, they did give me advice according to their expertise, which was literally half knowledge for being a professional or master in their art, which is expected for the price they charge 400$- at least give a proper answer when asked.

She was also very clear on the prices for each option. They even did a test patch on my hair to show me how it would turn out.
